The Unimelb Careers Festival is new in 2018 and will feature a week long schedule of careers and employability events. This includes the annual Careers Fairs featuring 80+ employers from around Australia and overseas who are eager to meet you! Get advice about how to work on your career, meet potential employers and learn about the industries of your prospective employers before you finish your course.

Alumni Relations will be running a photo booth at each Fair so come dressed to impress and get a professional headshot taken to give your LinkedIn profile a professional edge.

Learn how to have purposeful and valuable interactions with employers at a Careers Fair to maximise your career opportunities. Get tips of how to present yourself to create a positive impression, promote your strengths and script a 'pitch'. Leave the session with networking techniques and suggested questions to ask prospective employers to learn more about their organisation. Don't forget to watch the prepare for the fair video.
